摘要

环氧树脂水性防腐抗静电涂料已广泛应用于储油罐、输油管道等许多领域。将改性膨胀石墨加入环氧树脂水性防腐抗静电涂料中,制备了高性能防腐抗静电涂料。结果表明:当改性膨胀石墨在涂层中的添加质量为0.5%时,涂层的力学性能没有受到影响,同时涂层的电阻率降至1×108Ω,达到抗静电国家标准要求;涂层的耐腐蚀性能增强,耐3% NaCl溶液浸泡实验显示耐盐腐蚀达到5d;耐10% NaOH溶液达到21d;耐酸性能提高显著。

Abstract

Epoxy resin waterborne anticorrosive and antistatic coatings have been widely used in many fields such as oil storage tanks and oil pipelines.The modified expanded graphite was added into epoxy resin waterborne antistatic coating to prepare high performance antistatic coating.The results proved that:when the modification of expanded graphite content in the coating was 0.5%,the mechanics properties of the coating was not affected.At the same time,coating resistivity was lowered to 1×108Ω,met the requirements of antistatic national standards.The corrosion resistance of the coating was enhanced,and its resistance to 3% NaCl solution immersion shown salt resistance extended to 5d.Coating resistance to 10% NaOH solution extended to 21d,acid resistance was improved significantly.
